MCQ Complaint App app for iPhone and iPad

The app makes it convenient for the public to submit their complaints using the easy-to-use online platform. The system will serve as a carrier of complaints to the Metropolitan Corporation Quetta. The main purpose of this app is to enable users to notify MCQ about any issues from a given set of options. Currently, four categories of complaints can be submitted by the inhabitants of any street or area in Quetta. The categories are as follows:
• Garbage Collection
• Encroachment Removal
• Council Tax Collection
• Drain and road Maintenance
HOW TO USE THE APP:
The app will serve as a complementary channel between citizens and the government. To use this App, you will have to register yourself. Once you are registered, you’ll be redirected to the login page. For the convenience of public, we added Urdu fields as well so user can effortlessly understand how to lodge or track a complaint.
Complaints Category:
• Garbage Collection
o The increasing amount of garbage in the streets and by the roads is polluting the environment and causing illnesses. The people inhabiting the area or people passing by those areas are experiencing sicknesses and discomfort. You can share your complaints by mentioning the address and we will provide our services by visiting the place and cleaning the rubbish.
• Maintenance of Road and Drainage System
o Negligence in disposition of trash increases the pollution and blockage of drains. Blocked drains pollute and destroy the roads causing inconvenience and danger for the people. This category deals with the complaints of people regarding the maintenance of roads and issues of drainage. The department staff can become aware of the issues and resolve them when complaints are lodged.
• Tax Collection
o Effective tax collection has always been a major issue among the public. Government officials asking for bribes and the public being reckless at paying the taxes cause issues in the economy of the country. The tax collection category aids the public for payment of taxes.
• Encroachment Removal:
o If anyone notices that the public places are being illegally used, or someone is illegally building houses, or they are carelessly causing mess then this category can be used to submit the complaints.
